We collect information about you when you make contact by phone or email to enquire about the provision of coaching services for your needs.  We collect information including your name, personal requirements for coaching and relevant contact information such as your telephone number(s), home and email address.

We also collect information when you voluntarily provide client survey information, or feedback following a coaching programme or related service.

We collect information about you to best understand your needs, provide coaching services you have requested; maintain internal records and to improve the quality of the service provided.

4.    How long do we retain your information

We will retain personal information 3 years after you have stopped using our services, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it longer or believe it is in the best professional interest to do so.
